Canada – so gorgeous! We are not only blessed with the 3rd largest fresh water supply in the World, but also huge natural resources. We were all taught in school how important our water supply is to our survival. It fact, fresh clean water is a fundamental human right. Across the Country today we have kids and parents involved in eco-activities such as cleaning up our streets and parks, as well as learning how to reconnect with nature. I hope that we all take a moment today to realize how lucky we are to live in such a gorgeous Country, and how much beauty we have all around us.
One thing we can all do to protect our lakes, rivers and oceans is to support Organics. This is because truly Organic products do not use chemicals or dangerous fertilizers that end up hurting humans, our ecosystems and wildlife.
Check for organic Certification labels in your food and personal care products, always. Let’s all start living a healthier, longer life by choosing Organic, and contributing to healthier body, and healthier environment.
Other things we can do is buy less plastic, eat sustainably caught seafood, make less waste, and this summer please use organic Sunscreen with Non-Nano Zinc Oxide or Titanium Dioxide. More on that on the next post:)
